Here are a few guidelines to help you to get the most out of your yoga practice:

 

· Wear comfortable clothing that will not inhibit your movement.

 

· Bring a towel and a bottle of water.

 

· Avoid eating a large meal an hour or two before class. (But don’t come starving either)

 

· Please turn your mobile phones off so they do not ring during class.

 

· Arrive 10 minutes early for class to allow for a relaxed and prompt start.

 

· In class, take each posture to a challenging, but comfortable level, especially in the beginning.

 

· Listen to your body and never push too hard.
