Yoga 4 Life has been running since January 2003 and has now expanded to include Balance Yoga.

 

Classes are held at Oatley on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights and Tuesday mornings and Roselands on Tuesday nights. Please check timetable for details.

 

Class fees are claimable from most health funds, please enquire for further details.

Text Box: Last class before Christmas break will be 6.30 Thursday the 22nd of December. Please note the 7.30 Thursday class will not be held.Timetable returns to normal from Monday the 9th of January 2012.
